Curtz Foodz Original Vegetable Salads™ are excellent alone, served as snacks,
appetizers, or side dishes.  But there are countless other ways they add zip to your
culinary creations.

Add Cucumberz™ to sandwiches, hot dogs, hamburgers, and grilled
sausages in place of relish or pickles.  Add Carrotz™ to your
fresh garden
salad, and you can also use the liquid as a low fat, and low carb salad
dressing!

We hope all of these suggestions will give you even more ideas.

Curtz Foodz™ Recipe and Serving Suggestions

Curtz™ Old Fashioned Potato Salad

This is an excellent lower fat potato salad because it is so refreshing and does not contain
mayonnaise.

3 Medium sized Russet potatoes, boiled and peeled
½ red bell pepper—thinly sliced in rounds or lengths
¼ C thinly sliced onion
¼ C Cucumberz™ (any variety)
¼ C Cucumberz™ liquid from the same jar
1/8 C extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Cool and slice the potatoes into 1/8-inch thick rounds.  Add them to a large salad/mixing
bowl and add the bell pepper, onion and Cucumberz™.  Whisk together the Cucumberz™
liquid, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Pour over the potato mixture and mix gently to combine
all ingredients.  Garnish with a small dollop of Cucumberz™ in center of the salad.  Chill
for at least 1 hour.  Serves 4.



Curtz™ Old Fashioned Tuna Salad

1 can of your favorite tuna, drained
2 T of mayonnaise
¼ cup of Cucumberz™ chopped
Pinch of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine above ingredients and mix well.  Place a mound of Tuna on top of your favorite
green salad.  Or spread on whole wheat bread for a yummy sandwich.  Enjoy!


Curtz Eazy Carrot Salad Dressing™

Carrotz™ are excellent when added to your favorite green salads.  Try making this zesty
salad dressing for a terrific variation.

One jar of Carrotz™ (any variety you like. Pour the contents of the jar into your blender
and blend for about 15 seconds.  The result is a low fat, zippy salad dressing.  Terrific on
green and vegetable salads.  Can also be used as a veggie dip.  

Variations on Curtz Eazy Carrot Salad Dressing™:
Just use the liquid straight from a jar of Carrotz™ and add some Carrotz™ to the salad.
For an Asian flair, add 1 t sesame oil and 1 t ground ginger and blend well.
For your own recipe, add any of your favorite herbs and spices and blend.

Curtz™ Deviled Eggs

Use you favorite deviled eggs recipe, substituting your favorite flavor Cucumberz™ for the
relish.  Finely chop the Cucumberz™ and add to the yokes.  Assemble your deviled eggs
and garnish each on with a slice of Cucumberz™ from the jar.  Delicious!


Curtz Dirty Cucumber Martini™

4 oz of your favorite vodka or pepper flavored vodka
2 T of Cucumberz™ with Red Pepper liquid
1 t of Cucumberz™ with Red Pepper, reserved

Combine vodka, Cucumberz™ liquid and ice in cocktail shaker.  Shake until ice cold.  
Pour into chilled martini glass and float a couple of Cucumberz™.  Makes 1 delicious and
beautiful martini. Double this recipe for 2 awesome martinis.

Curtz™ Famous Antipasto

In the center of a platter arrange slices of prosciutto, cotto salami, and provolone cheese.  
On each end of the platter, place one heaping mound of your favorite Carrotz™ variety
and one heaping mound of your favorite Cucumberz™ variety at the opposite end. Drizzle
extra version olive oil and place capers over the meats and cheese.  Place your favorite
cracker along one or both sides of the platter.  So good!


Curtz™ Tartar Sauce

I think this will be the best tartar sauce you have ever eaten!  It's part of an old southern
recipe.  And it only takes minutes to make.

1 ½ cup of your favorite mayonnaise
2 TBL lemon juice
2 TBL Cucumberz™ finely chopped
1 TBL liquid from Cucumberz™
salt to taste

Combine above ingredients.  
Refrigerate unused portion, of course.
